Instructions for use -
  1. Place the inner (divided) plate over the bottom tray & add a little water to cover the bottom of the upper tray.
  2. Place the decals into the water with the printed side up.
  3. Allow about 10 seconds to the decal to soften so it will release from the backing paper.
  4. Remove the decal from the water using the applicator provided.
  5. Using the applicator, affix to the proper location on the model.
